Reseller Terms and Conditions: Exploration Films
1. Wholesale customers agree that they will sell direct to customers
only and do not have the rights under this agreement to resell product
to other retailers. This agreement should not be construed in any way
as a distribution agreement.
2. Exploration Films reserves the exclusive right to sell on Amazon.com.
3. Customer agrees not to sell product below 20% of retail list price.
4. Online orders must be paid by Master Card, Visa or echeck only.
5. Order will be shipped to one location only per order.
6. Products will be shipped Fed Ex or USPS. Customers will be charged shipping
and a small handling fee to cover packing costs. Customers will be emailed
the tracking information on their order.
7. Shortages or mis-ships must be reported within ten (10) days of receipt of the
order.
8. Prices are subject to change without notice.
9. Backorders will be shipped upon arrival at our warehouse.
10. Returns: Returns will be accepted only with a return authorization
number. Please download the form on our website and fax to Exploration
Films. When approved, RMA number is issued and emailed to customer with
address info for returns. Returns must be received in sellable condition.
Credit will be applied to customers account upon approval. No refunds.
Restocking fee will be charged of 10%. No returns on product older than 180 days.
11. Product Guarantee: We will proudly guarantee unconditionally our
products to be free of defects and will replace, at our cost, any defective
product that you purchase from us.
