not ever sell or rent any of our online subscribers personal information.
Our online store uses a secure server. This is a safe encrypted server
that protects your personal information. Surprisingly, ordering this
way is actually safer then ordering by phone or fax. If you are new
to ordering online you can be confident that your credit card and other
information will be protected.
Q: How do I order by check?
A: Just use our online store and add the items that you would like to
your basket. Use the store to calculate the total + shipping & handling,

Q: What if my order is wrong, a product is defective or I want to return what I bought?
A: We guarantee our products from defects and will replace any defective
products. Unopened products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase and opened products may be exchanged for the same item (no refunds) within 30 days of purchase.
Our shipping department is staffed by caring humans (surprise!)
so we occasionally make mistakes. We want you to enjoy what you ordered;
so, if your order is defective, damaged or incomplete please contact

Due to copyright laws DVDs and videos in opened packages may only be exchanged for the same item for reasons of defect. All transactions require your original Exploration Films sales receipt, this is sent via e-mail at the time of your order.

A: Please contact us immediately so we can make the change
before your order ships. Unfortunately, once your order hits the shipping system it cannot be changed or cancelled. Once your order ships you will need to return the

get your order fast, so we ship all U.S. orders United States PRIORITY

A: Are you serious?? Boy! You are impatient! Actually we are pleased to announced that for U.S. Customers we now offer Fed-Ex overnight and 2nd day delivery for an extra fee.

Q: VHS & DVD Formats are confusing. How do I know what will
work for me?
A: This issue is no problem for anyone using DVD's.
Most of our DVDís are produced as Region 0 and All Region NTSC DVDís, if you have a question please ask.
This means they are compatible with all regions and will play in most players throughout the world.
NTSC is used in Canada, United States, Japan and parts of South America.
PAL is used in Europe (but not France), Scandinavia, Australia, and
SECAM is used in Eastern Europe and France.
EXPLORATIONFILMS.com cannot accept returns due to
NTSC format issues. Please shop carefully.
