Exploration Films accepts returns within 30 days of the date your order
was shipped by us. We guarantee our products and will replace any defective
products. Our shipping department is staffed by caring humans (surprise!)
so we occasionally make mistakes. We want you to enjoy what you ordered;
so, if your order is defective, damaged or incomplete please contact

Returns must be unopened, in good condition, and sealed in their original
packaging.

Payments and Foreign
Currency
Payments are made online by credit card. Payments by certified check
or money orders in US funds will also be accepted by mail. No personal
or foreign currency checks will be accepted.
