Exploration Films accepts returns within 30 days of the date your order was shipped by us. We guarantee our products and will replace any defective products. Our shipping department is staffed by caring humans (surprise!) so we occasionally make mistakes. We want you to enjoy what you ordered; so, if your order is defective, damaged or incomplete please contact us immediatly at: product support
Returns must be unopened, in good condition, and sealed in their original packaging.
Exploration Films strives to provide accurate information and knowledgeable advice. We process and send orders promptly. If you have any concerns or questions, please contact us and we will respond as soon as possible.
Your privacy is very important to us. You can be assured that we will never sell or provide your personal information to any other individual or organization. We do have forms on our web site where you may be asked to provide personal information, including your name, address, phone # and email address. In many cases much of the information is voluntary and is not required to submit your request. Some information is required and varies depending on the nature of the your request. If you do wish to submit personal information, the information we collect is used to service your request. Personal information is never released or sold to other organizations. We use domain name and internet address information only to generate statistics and reports about site traffic and browsing patterns. It is not possible for us to gather personal information from domain name or internet address information.
Payments and Foreign Currency
Payments are made online by credit card. Payments by certified check or money orders in US funds will also be accepted by mail. No personal or foreign currency checks will be accepted.
