About the Artists
Comprised of Annie Herring Nelly Greisen and Matthew Ward the sibling vocal trio known as 2nd Chapter of Acts was one of the Jesus movement’s greatest treasures - the very rare example of a group with a completely unique sound and the native talent to outshine all mainstream competitors. Best known for their charismatic Easter Song its message of "Hear the bells ringing, their singing that we can be born again!" became an anthem of Jesus music. Annie was the primary songwriter, but Nelly and Matthew made additional writing contributions.
